Free browser check
Check an XRechnung or ZUGFeRD before your ERP rejects it.
Read a UBL invoice, a UN/CEFACT CII invoice, or the XML embedded in a ZUGFeRD or Factur-X PDF. The check runs in this browser.
Files and numbers stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
Choose invoice files
Select one XML or PDF, or several. Each file is checked on its own.
XML (UBL or CII) or a ZUGFeRD / Factur-X PDF. This page reads up to 15 MB per file.
This is a subset, not a full KoSIT Schematron run. It checks well-formed XML, UBL or CII detection, mandatory business terms, and the rule IDs listed here. It does not check XML Schema, ISO and UNTDID code lists, allowance and charge arithmetic, PEPPOL BIS rules, XRechnung extension rules (BR-DEX), CVD rules, Skonto syntax (BR-DE-18), card and direct-debit groups, or dates other than the invoice issue date. A pass is not a conformance certificate.
What does a rejection cost in time?
Optional. Uses the same capacity formula as the order-email calculator. Capacity value is not cash savings.
Count invoices that come back from the ERP or the customer.
Include finding the error, correcting it, and sending it again.
Time that remains after a file is flagged.
Optional. Values released capacity. It does not claim payroll savings.

Capacity value compares released time with your hourly cost. It is not cash savings unless that time is removed or put to productive use. Delay and error costs are not included.

Questions before you rely on the result
Which rules does this XRechnung check actually run?
A browser subset of EN 16931 validation artefacts 1.3.17 and KoSIT XRechnung Schematron 2.6.0 for XRechnung 3.0.2. It checks well-formed XML, UBL or CII, mandatory business terms, and the listed BR and BR-DE rule IDs. It is not a full Schematron run and it does not replace the KoSIT validator.
Does the invoice leave this browser?
No. The file is read on this device. Invoice XML, PDF contents, file names, and the numbers in the rejection panel are not uploaded and are not sent to analytics.
What does a passed check mean?
No failing rule in this subset was found. That is not tax or legal advice, and it is not a statement that an ERP, the tax office, or the official KoSIT validator will accept the file.
What does a passed check mean?
A pass means this subset found no failing rule. It is not tax or legal advice. The KoSIT validator remains the conformance check for XRechnung.
